Substitution Policy
In some instances, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If substitutions are necessary, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. If significant substitutions are necessary, we will contact you. Flowers may arrive in closed bud form. They will fully bloom over the next few days to give you the most longevity.Customer Reviews

Please note that the sooner the flowers get to us the better the quality of the preservation. At the events end please make sure to have your flowers in water and out of extreme heat or cold to protect the integrity of the flowers. Flowers must be brought to the flower shop within 3 days after the event in order to ensure quality services on our behalf. Preservation services will take anywhere from 3-6 months generally leaning towards 3 months. This timeframe is dependent on the current order volume.
