These seed potatoes are ready for planting! No need to cut them. When grown, Kennebec potatoes are medium to large, oval-shaped potatoes with smooth, light tan skin and white, firm flesh. They are resistant to diseases like blight and scab, and they store well. Kennebec potatoes are widely appreciated for their high yield and excellent cooking qualities.
Plant when the soil temperature is around 45-50 degrees (around the end of March). Plant 12" apart in furrows about 4 inches deep.
