Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. The first arrangement comes with a certificate explaining that the recipient will be receiving flowers for a year. After you place your order, we will contact you to find out the recipient's favorite colors, design style, and types of flowers. We'll also find out if there are specific dates you'd prefer delivery - such as birthdays, holidays, or anniversaries. As a thank you to your order - you'll only be charged one delivery fee!
