Bloom Macomb is teaming up with the Macomb Post Acute Care Center for Grandparents’ Day! With your help, we aim to put a smile on each and every resident’s face this Grandparents’ day by giving them each their own floral arrangement to enjoy.
To participate, purchase an “Adopt a Grandparent” arrangement online or in-store, and we’ll take care of the rest!
*** All of the arrangements from this listing will be delivered to residents at the Macomb Post Acute Care Center at the same time on September 5, regardless of time selected.
